*Mnemosyne, my mom, our mom, was one of the most beautiful goddesses there ever was. You know how most of us gods are immortal? Well, Mom didn’t have it so lucky. I miss her more than anything.
* Clio’s my bossy sister. Even bossier than Polly.
* Icky old Cepheus actually sacrificed his own daughter, Andromeda, to save his kingdom from Poseidon. Yikes.
* Calliope is my eldest, most accomplished sister.
* Dion just wandered the world, screaming and yelling at anyone who listened. He sort of became a drunk after that.
* A serious babe and heir to the throne of Greece. He’s sort of the Prince William of ancient times.
**I have eight sisters total, so there are nine of us. We’re goddesses of inspiration, goddesses of the arts, and a real kick at parties.
*See, in the Olympus hierarchy, the Furies are in a class all by themselves. Even my father, while not exactly afraid of them, steers clear of them. They have this all-knowing sense about them, but nobody really knows how much they actually do know.
*Hermes is basically the “delivery” god. He’s okay when he’s not delivering wretched, horrible news.
*She is, in essence, the cheerleader of the goddess world.
*This from a god who wears tacky gold wings on his shoes?
*Apollo is the seriously cool, seriously fun god of music.
*Olympus is filled with them, each one more horrible than the next, killing their mothers and sacrificing their daughters. The heavens are rough.
*Rember him? The one who sacrificed his daughter? Ew.
